Founded in 1990 by Roger Adelman and Daniel Espinoza, Group One is a dynamic business dedicated to developing amazing homes that combine timeless classic elements with the ultra modern and sophisticated.
Joel Adelman and Lee Espinoza have since joined Group One bringing with them a wealth of experience, passion and new ideas in the development and delivery of high end property. Joel joined from Amirilan where he was project managing high quality residential building portfolios.
Lee is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and was a Partner at an independent property specialist in Central London before moving to Group One.
Collectively, this team of property perfectionists has more than 100 years of know how and experience.
The company has an enviable reputation for developing bespoke, beautifully designed homes across London and the Home Counties.
Milestone events during the company’s evolution include site acquisition, design and build of the first home to sell in the quaint commuter village of Hartley, Kent for more than one million pounds and the transformation of a Grade II listed castle into a suite of luxury lateral apartments.
